Important information about our Theres Room for seminars and parties
If you need to use our Theres Room to give a presentation or hold a seminar or workshop, all sources of light can be darkened with curtains. With your own iPad, you can also control the lighting so that participants can easily see the projections on the projection screen.
In order to increase the size of our Theres Room, you can easily connect it to the neighbouring André Room. This way, the total room area will be 240m2 and the space can accommodate approx. 250 people.

Our event rooms are especially suitable for seminars: Sophie Room, Theres Room and André Room. All our seminar rooms are equipped to the highest standard and have Apple TV, a projector, a projection screen, a sound system and WiFi reception. The lights in the rooms can be controlled via your own iPad. In addition, we can also provide you with flip charts and a wireless microphone and headset as required.
Technical support:
Before your event starts our technician will give you a brief introduction on how to use the individual devices. During the seminar, the technician will also stay nearby so that they can step in and help you if you experience any difficulties.
Mobile phone charging stations in the lobby:
There are several charging stations directly opposite our event rooms that you can use at any time. Just plug the cable into your mobile phone, tablet, etc., and charge the battery. You can lock the individual charging stations and therefore do not need to stay by them to keep a watchful eye on your devices.
