Important information on the Speckbacher Wintergarten
Depending on the set-up of the seating (as a banquet, U-shaped table, in parliament or as in a cinema), there is space for between 250 and 350 people in the Wintergarten. Additionally, there is a small stage available to you for holding speeches and presentations or for a band to play on.

In addition, you can book outstanding meals and comfortable rooms for all attendees. Our seminar hotel allows you to hold your events, seminars, meetings, etc. undisturbed.
Seminar rooms to the latest standards:
our event rooms are particularly well-suited for seminars: Sophie Room, Theres Room and André Room. They have state-of-the-art technology including an Apple TV, a projector, a screen, a sound system and WiFi reception. All lighting in the room can be controlled via your own iPad. In addition, flip charts, a wireless microphone and a headset are available, if needed.
Technical assistance:
Before your event starts, our technician will give you a brief introduction on how to use the individual devices. During the seminar, the technician will also stay nearby so that they can step in and help you if you experience any difficulties.
Mobile charging stations in our lobby:
There are several charging stations directly in front of our event rooms which can be used at any time. Just connect your mobile, tablet, etc. to the cable and charge your battery. You can lock the individual charging stations and therefore do not need to stay by them to keep a watchful eye on your device’s.
